SAMHAIN CELTIC FIRE FESTIVAL - OUR CELTIC NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS 1 - 2 TACHWEDD Preceded by Nos Galan Gaeaf 31 Hydref.

I see the true 'Halloween Horror' of Capitalist Commercialism is hitting the shops already, oh! for the simplicity of days gone by with ducking apples etc. I am not opposed to an over lay of Christian tradition, Witches and Wicca, revived paganism or 'Hollywood Halloween Horror', as long as it's not Teen 'Cut & Slash' stuff, I hate that and cannot understand why teenage girls go for it when such is about men cutting up on girls? Whatever, the commercialism can really get you down and for parents it must be a dreadful time of year with expenditure before Xmas, they can do without really. So, this year forget the plastic and go primative 'Green' Pagan or revive Celtic Cultural traditions, all that's good, fun and healthy, like my following blog:
